What is per participant per min? How does per min billing work?
Per partcipant per min billing means the
number of participants X number of mins X price of the service = total price of the service
For Example: If you are conducting video calling with 4 participants for 20 mins then your total cost of useage would be
4 X 20 X 0.003 = 0.24 USD
What happens if I use multiple services in a single meeting?
If you are using multiple services the cost would add up for example in the above example if you are recording the meeting as well then
(number of participants X number of mins X price of the service) + (number of participants X number of mins X price of another service) = total price of the service
(4 X 20 X 0.003) + (4 X 20 X 0.006) = 0.72 USD
What is Pay as you go?
Pay as you go means, you only pay for the amount of services you use. There is no fixed charge
How does volume discounts work
Volume discounts are automatically applied when tou exceed the number of mins in each teir. Volume discounts are only available for Video and Audio calling
Volume discounts are only applied on the mins exceed the lower tier for example: if you have used 600,000 mins of video calling no discount will be applied for the first 100,000 mins 6% discount will be applied for the next 400,000 mins and 10% discount will be applied for the next 100,000 mins
How does audio only pricing work?
Audio only pricing is discounted pricing that is applied to audio only rooms. If you do audio only calling in normal rooms video calling pricing will apply
To avail audio only pricing you need to create audio only rooms only then the discounted audio only pricing will be applied
Are volume discount available on every service?
Volume discounts are available only for video and audio calling and not for any other services.
